    PolyPen RP 410手持式植物光譜測(cè)量?jī)x通過內(nèi)部光源(氙氣白熾燈380-1050nm)測(cè)定植物葉片的反射光譜,也可以測(cè)定其他光源的透光度和吸光率。PolyPen在軟件中內(nèi)置了幾乎所有常用的植物反射光譜指數(shù)公式,例如NDVI,PRINDGI等。測(cè)得的數(shù)據(jù)以圖形或數(shù)據(jù)表的形式實(shí)時(shí)顯示在儀器的顯示屏上。這些數(shù)據(jù)都可以儲(chǔ)存在儀器的內(nèi)存里并傳輸?shù)诫娔X里.
